My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Hey there! How's it going? My name is Agatha. I am the sweetest, friendliest black and white Labrador/Pit Bull mix you'll ever meet. I also happen to be super, duper adorable!

I know that I can look a little intimidating if I'm not smiling, but trust me, I'm the furthest you could get from a guard dog. If there ever were an intruder, I'd probably invite them in, share a quick snack, then offer to help them load up our TV. I'm that nice of a dog!

My friends think that I am about 2 years old. I'm already spayed, up to date on my vaccinations, and I have been microchipped. I'm ready to go to my new home!

I am 48 pounds of pure happiness and love. My tail never stops wagging! I get along with everybody - dogs and people alike. I hope you like slobbery dog kisses because I love giving them!

I have a lot of energy to burn, so I am looking for an active family. If you are a hiker, I think that I would really enjoy going with you. As I mentioned above, I love other dogs!! Frequent trips to the dog park would also be amazing. I would have so much fun!

I'll admit, I have such a zest for life that I can be a little on the hyper side. However, I'm super smart and very well-behaved, so it's very easy to wrangle me in. I'm always so eager to please!

Oh, I should mention, my friends have yet to hear be bark. From what they can tell, I am a very quiet girl.

You're probably wondering how I ended up at CageFree. Well, back in February, someone found me wandering the streets and brought me to a local high-kill shelter. I was in heat at the time, but thankfully, I never got pregnant. I also had several ticks on my neck. Yuck! Those things are gross!!

CageFree came and met me at that shelter a few weeks after I was impounded and, obviously, they fell in love. Not to toot my own horn, but who wouldn't fall in love with me. I'm the perfect package. They decided that I needed to part of their pack. I was so excited!

My human companions are working hard to find me my forever home, but it probably won't take them long, though. That said, you should probably hurry up and contact CageFree to tell them you're interested in meeting me. What are you waiting for??
