Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Hi! My name is Junior! I am already in WI and looking for a family to call my own.
Please read my entire biography for all the information the rescuers have about me and how to adopt me!
Junior is about a year old and been with a family for most of his life. Unfortunately, due to unforeseen personal circumstances, which are not fault of Juniors, he is being returned to rescue. Junior was originally rescued as a small puppy off the streets and it was quickly found that he was positive for distemper. While this is usually a death sentence for most dogs, Junior showed he was a survivor and beat it. Junior is happy and healthy and the only way you would know that Junior ever had distemper are some slight tics. The doctor says that it should have zero affect on his bright future. And, please don't let those tics fool you...Junior can run and play with the best of them. He lives a very normally doggie life. He LOVES kids, and loves to snuggle. He is just a sweet and gentle fella who will make a great addition to any home! He is also fully housebroken.
Junior has not yet been cat tested, but can be upon request.
Our process includes an approved application, reference checks, a homevisit and a meet and greet. Please note that preference is given to adopters in Wisconsin, but out of state adoptions will be considered. Adoption fee is $250.
