Here's what the humans have to say about me:
LAZARUS is an 8 year old neutered black male Lab who weighs 88 pounds. He is a very handsome and friendly boy. He loves to give you his paw and will roll over for belly rubs. Lazarus is house trained and crate trained. He doesn't need to be crated anymore. He loves to relax on his dog bed and also enjoys exploring outside. Lazarus knows the commands: sit, stay, lay down. He is good with other dogs. No cat history. Lazarus is a recent tripod and is doing well with his new-found balance and getting around. He will do best in a home with limited steps. Lazarus is approved for kids 10 +.
Updte:: Lazarus is enjoying a morning treat after his walk. TGIF because he loves when his FM & FD are around during the weekend. This 8 yr old tripod is an excellent house guest. He loves car rides, short walks, chasing the ball, and giving you his front paw.
Update:: Lazarus is a great dog. He is looking for a home where someone is home during that day or with another dog for company. Watch Lazarus here: https://youtu.be/TQ92oNluyn8
Update:: Lazarus is doing really well. He is getting around quite well - he bounces around the house, up and down stairs, and goes for short walks. He slept pretty much the entire weekend - probably exhausted from the last month of surgery, recovery, and being kenneled. He loves to be around people and have his belly rubbed. He's a nice dog and easy to foster - no jumping on furniture, no counter surfing, no accidents, and no need to crate. He is such a sweet guy.
From evaluator:
Lazarus is a very nice boy. He was very excited to meet me and he immediately rolled over for a belly rub. He also has a great Lab lean. Lazarus likes pets and attention and enjoys wading in the creek.
