Meet Bella & Milo! Two very bonded BFF's that were surrendered by their owner to the Staten Island ACC. Thankfully, they were pulled from death row for an experienced AmsterDog foster family. These pups are currently living with, and doing phenomenally well with the children in the home (as young as six years of age!!)
The staff at the Staten Island adored this dynamic duo who LOVED to play with Frisbees and balls so much so that when they were being transported to their new foster home, they sent plenty of each!
While they do adore each other and love to share their affection with their human companions and with each other, they don’t care to share their food, so they need to eat in separate settings.
About Bella~ she is a Rottweiler mix, approximately 6 years old, about 90 pounds, up to date on vaccines, spayed, and microchipped. She is a girl of intellect who accepts being in a kennel, she is quite housetrained, knows “sit”, “down”, and how to walk nicely on a leash. She is calm, friendly and affectionate with her humans and other submissive dogs (this gorgeous gal likes to run the show~).
This precious pair is available to be adopted and are looking for a forever home! As they are so bonded, they will need to go to a home together! Homes with feline friends need not apply, as they have exhibited reactive behavior towards them.
