My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Lady is a short, round butterball and is known for being very good with children, and Lady is no exception - she loves 'em! She is frightened to be put on a leash and will play possum (lies down and rolls onto her back), although once she gets going, she will leash walk especially if she has a dog friend she likes who is also going on a walk. She is excellent off leash, staying very close and coming when called. She gets along very well with other dogs - she is not possessive, jealous, or confrontational. Lady never complains and is extremely affectionate. She is very well mannered, rarely barks, minimal licking, no drooling, and does not jump on people at any time. She loves to chase balls/fetch, chew bones, and lay in your arms like a baby - she would be thrilled to sleep in bed with you every night! She is an unknown when it comes to cats, so we would not recommend cats.
This dog lives for people love. She would not be a good guard dog - she'd ask for pets! Lady has had all her shots, is spayed, and is in excellent health. A family with children and a big back yard would be ideal for her. Please call Veronica at 510-551-1183 for more information.
