My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Arnold! Arnold is a 4-year old American Bulldog/Dalmatian mix. His first family adopted him from the shelter when he was a puppy and recently returned him because they were moving and couldn't take him with them. Poor Arnold was devastated and very depressed in the shelter.

Now he's enjoying life in his foster home waiting for his new family to come along and fall in love with him like his foster mom has.

He knows all of the basic commands: sit, paw, lay down, crawl, stay, come. He's very smart! He is dog-friendly, people-friendly, and cat-friendly. He is a very calm and relaxed dog when at home with his foster family. He loves chew toys, Kongs, and squeaky toys. He is definitely overweight so he has been on a lower-calorie food and getting a lot more exercise. He walks slowly on the leash and usually stays by his foster mom's side. He also loves to play fetch even though he can be a bit of a slow runner.

Arnold will fit in with low-key family that can give him a lot of attention and love. A retired person/couple or someone who works from home would be ideal since he loves to be around his people as much as possible. Come meet sweet Arnold!
