Here's what the humans have to say about me:
SCRUFFY
Scruffy, who is NOT Scruffy, is actually a pretty, sweet little girl who as left to fend for herself. Because she responds to the name and comes when called, we have resigned ourselves to keeping this silly name for such a gorgeous girl. A neighbor took Scruffy in and cared for her until she could come to us. She is a 3-5 years old Maine Coon mix. Her coat is very typical of a Maine Coon with a rough undercoat and a nice shiny outer coat. She has the most beautiful markings with her blazing white bib.
Scruffy is very very sweet with a side of fun and sassy, She is very outgoing and very friendly. She loves people and loves to spend time with people. She tolerates other cats and would do well in just about any home. If you are interested in adopting this awesome cat , please contact us at merlinshoperagdollrescue@gmail.com for an application. He is in a foster home in Ennis, Texas.

Sorry, we do not ship our cats or provide any transportation. All potential adopters should reside in Texas, Oklahoma, Arkansas, New Mexico, or Louisiana. We will not adopt outside of those states.
Who We Are: We are a private rescue and privately funded. WE ARE NOT A SHELTER, BUT A RESCUE. A rescue is a PRIVATE HOME and not a public place to visit. Adopters must make appointments prior to visiting foster homes. All of our cats are spayed/neutered, FIV/FELV tested, wormed, de-fleaed, and vaccinated prior to adoption.
Adoption Process: We require all potential adopters to fill out an adoption application prior to setting up an appointment to visit with the cat(s). We conduct veterinary and personal reference checks during the application approval process. If you call or email us, we will provide you with an application via email.
