Miri's Info...

I am already spayed, housetrained, up to date with shots, good with kids, good with dogs, and good with cats.

Miri's Story...
Miri is about 12 weeks, maybe a terrier mix of some sort.. she is about 10 lbs now, but small feet so she will probably be a medium size. She is very sweet & loving, but also pretty timid. Once she gets used to her surroundings, she is very playful & silly. We've been working on potty training. Miri is very smart, learned to sit on command & to walk on a leash in all of about a day. She is food motivated so should make training easy. She hasn't been around cats yet, but seems to do well with children. She is a little weary of other dogs, but warmed up to foster dogs after being around them.
To meet miri you can email info@forrescue.net. She is Fostered in Huntsville, AL and her adoption fee is $225.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Miri, a Knoxville Miniature Pinscher puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Miniature Pinscher for sale in Knoxville, or seeking a Miniature Pinscher puppy from a breeder in Knoxville.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Knoxville already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Knoxville breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Miniature Pinscher breeders who help with Miniature Pinscher rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Knoxville paves the way for another one to be saved.
