Here's what the humans have to say about me:
**Bird is not currently with the Riley County Humane Society, she is a courtesy post for his owners. If you are interested in Cinder please contact dog-coordinators@rchsks.org**
Bird is a great dog who loves kids and other dogs. He is looking for a new home without cats or chickens. Bird is an active 4 year old who weighs around 50 lbs. His vetting is up to date and he is neutered. Bird has an issue with his teeth that will likely need to be addressed in the future but does not cause him any trouble now.
Bird is looking for a home outside of city limits where he can run free for at least part of each day. Although he is an excellent house dog with no destructive habits indoors, he will dash out the door when it is opened and he will jump any size fence, even at the dog park. Bird has done great in the past when he has had the option of running free on a farm. Since that has not been an option for him lately, Bird has been very depressed.
Bird is a very friendly guy who knows how to get along. In the right home he will be an excellent companion. His perfect fit home includes kids, other dogs and enough land to run and not get himself into trouble. Bird will go home with 1 years supply of heartworm and flea preventative.
