Hi, I’m Snow! I’m a sweet little beagle girl currently living it up in foster care. Though I’m safe and happy now, life wasn’t always so nice for me. After being used for breeding for seven long years, I grew to be of no more use to my owners and was given up. The family that took me in was then unable to meet my needs and quickly gave me up too. I was so sad and confused! So here I now find myself in the loving arms of a CAA Rescue, awaiting my one true, forever family. I can’t wait to finally feel at home!
I am very much your typical beagle: super friendly with everyone, dogs, cats and people, and very intelligent, which I use mainly for finding FOOD! Also in true beagle fashion though, I can also be a little stubborn, and I don’t enjoy being alone. I can be destructive in my crate when left too long, but it’s just because I want to be with my people all the time! One surprising thing about me, unlike most beagles I don’t seem to be a barker. This may change over time of course, but as of now foster daddy says he’s never heard me bark once!
I am house trained, fine in the car, and sleep happily in my dog bed at nighttime. Foster daddy says: “Snow is very affectionate, gentle and incredibly intelligent. She is an incredibly sweet and well-mannered dog. I do believe she would be best suited in an environment always surrounded by people or other animals.”
