Molly-Adopted!'s Story...
Molly is an absolute love. She is quite a small girl, what we call a "pocket pittie." She is a couch potato who would literally snuggle on your lap all day long if you let her. Molly's foster works full time and she does great in a crate during the day. She gets along with dogs of all sizes, but would be fine being an only dog as well as long as she gets plenty of attention. Molly is very gentle with kids, but would prefer a home without kids since she prefers her home to be calm and peaceful. Molly gets along well with cats: they don't hide from her at all, so they do not see her as a threat. And she has absolutely zero reaction to them! There is absolutely no sweeter dog in the whole world!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Molly-Adopted!, a Detroit Terrier (Unknown Type, Medium) dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Terrier (Unknown Type, Medium) for sale in Detroit, or seeking a Terrier (Unknown Type, Medium) dog from a breeder in Detroit.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Detroit already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Detroit breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Terrier (Unknown Type, Medium) breeders who help with Terrier (Unknown Type, Medium) rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Detroit paves the way for another one to be saved.
