Hi, I'm Roscoe. I was rescued from Chicago Animal Care and Control. My foster mom says I'm a very sweet and loving boy who is a few years old. I love people and love bird watching. I'm a laid back kind of guy but love to have fun and play too. I get along well with other cats and children, but haven't been introduced to dogs just yet.
