This little guy was found extremely emaciated at the Lancaster shelter. He was not feeling great and very confused. Given a little time to settle and to get three squares a day he started to come around. He was brought to BRLA where this funny personality is starting to emerge. He loves attention, needs training and likes to nibble on other dogs like corn on the cob. It’s all in play but not all dogs like the way he plays. He is learning. The name Phoenix suites this little guy as he has literally risen from the ashes of starvation and is on the fast track to the good life. .
