Chablis's Story...
This sweet little girl was turned to a high kill shelter in TN because they were moving. We hear that all the time. Chablis is about 10 lbs, about 2 years old. and we think yorkie/papillon mix. She really, really loves people. A true lap dog! She also loves to play with other dogs and cats. She comes off a little bossy at first just so no one hurts her but after that she is fine. She is spayed, UTD on all shots and preventives and is HW negative. She is doing well on her house training with a doggie door at her foster home. We think Chablis would be very happy as an only pet or with other dogs or cats. If you would like to make this sweet little lover your new forever buddy, please contact lorainecm@comcast.net or omlc7@hotmail.com

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Chablis, a Spring Valley Yorkie, Yorkshire Terrier/Papillon dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Yorkie, Yorkshire Terrier/Papillon for sale in Spring Valley, or seeking a Yorkie, Yorkshire Terrier/Papillon dog from a breeder in Spring Valley.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Spring Valley already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Spring Valley breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Yorkie, Yorkshire Terrier/Papillon breeders who help with Yorkie, Yorkshire Terrier/Papillon rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Spring Valley paves the way for another one to be saved.
