Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Cruzer's family got him when he was a puppy. At just 1 yr of age, Cruzer is now a teenager. He is more dog than his family could handle. Cruzer is a typical young GSD. At his age he is in need of a leader or leaders who are willing to put in the time to work with and train him. If not, he will become the boss, become overprotective and hard to handle.
Cruzer's owners said he does not do well with kids or teens and that he was around cats, but not other dogs. They also indicated he was protective with people of any age entering the home.
We have found that this boy enjoys playing with other females, and may possibly be okay with a friendly, confident male.
If you are not experienced with strong, working dogs (like GSDs) or this breed, please do no apply for him. As with all our dogs, each needs the right match. We are looking for someone who has the time to take him to obedience classes, work on training and given him things to do.
