Lilly Mae's Info...

I am already spayed and up to date with shots.

Lilly Mae's Story...
Lilly Mae decided to take a little dip in their pool right before photos. :) She is a border collie/lab mix and approximately 2 years old. She is super sweet, does okay with kids, and is energetic. I also thought she was a bit calm at times, so maybe a good mix of both. :)

The dogs are located in Iola, Texas, which is near Navasota and Bryan College Station. If you have any adoption or rescue questions please contact me by email at iolasanctuarydogs@att.net.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Lilly Mae, a Iola Border Collie/Labrador Retriever dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Border Collie/Labrador Retriever for sale in Iola, or seeking a Border Collie/Labrador Retriever dog from a breeder in Iola.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Iola already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Iola breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Border Collie/Labrador Retriever breeders who help with Border Collie/Labrador Retriever rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Iola paves the way for another one to be saved.
