Lulu was brought to the shelter as a stray. She was in the shelter for a month and just laid in the drainage canal as far back in the kennel as she could. She made very little progress in wanting to interact with humans, so she was slated for euthanasia. Nobody's Perfekt Dogs pulled her and as soon as she got to her foster home, she bounded from the crate and into her foster families' laps, starving for attention.
She gets along with all the other dogs (large and small) in the foster home, but she may be a little feisty on a lap (small dogs, what are you going to do?) She is okay with cats - afraid of them, but we are cautioning against kids, as she is still a little leery of people she doesn't know, for now.
