Libby-OH's Info...

I am already spayed, housetrained, purebred, a special needs pet, up to date with shots, good with kids, good with dogs, and good with cats.

Libby-OH's Story...
Libby was rescued from Dayton, OH. She was found huddled under an abandoned truck in the middle of a field. She is EXTREMELY emaciated and will be with us for quite a while until she recovers. Her teeth are worn down and she was used for breeding as far as we can tell. Libby needs to be spayed and medically cleared before we will consider any applications for her. She tested dog friendly. Located in OH in foster care. Libby may also have an old fracture in her leg that we will be getting looked at next week. Right now she gets along great and is not having any trouble walking but as she gains weight we will watch for signs of lameness or uncomfortable.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Libby-OH, a Virginia Beach Cane Corso dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Cane Corso for sale in Virginia Beach, or seeking a Cane Corso dog from a breeder in Virginia Beach.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Virginia Beach already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Virginia Beach breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Cane Corso breeders who help with Cane Corso rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Virginia Beach paves the way for another one to be saved.
