Boo (Boudreaux)'s Story...
Boo (Boudreaux) is a precious 5-6lb purebred Pom. He's 2 years old and was surrendered to the shelter because he does not do well with children. He has some resource guarding which we are working on. Boo is great in the house. He's good with other animals, housebroken and crate trained. He's utd, hw neg (tested below detectable levels) and will be neutered 3/23.

All dogs have a $150 adoption fee which includes vet check, age appropriate shots (atleast 2 sets for puppies), dewormer, heartworm test (if over 6 months), rabies (if atleast 16 weeks) and spay/neuter!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Boo (Boudreaux), a Grand Bay Pomeranian dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Pomeranian for sale in Grand Bay, or seeking a Pomeranian dog from a breeder in Grand Bay.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Grand Bay already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Grand Bay breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Pomeranian breeders who help with Pomeranian rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Grand Bay paves the way for another one to be saved.
