Meet Little Momma! Little Momma was a stray that was found with kittens. She was brought to a vet clinic where her kittens were all adopted out so the vet’s office used her as a foster mom too. Now she is ready to find her own forever home! Little Momma loves to sleep nearby and rub up against her foster mom. She has an itty bitty squeak that sounds just like a kitten. If woken up from naptime she tends to squeak to you and looks as if she trying to fight her sleep while talking to you, just like a little kid! She sticks the tip of her tongue out while getting a good purr and kneading session on, especially before bedtime. She isn't a big lap or arm cat but she will tolerate a small amount. She is very submissive and she will show submission to the other foster every time.Little Momma is spayed, microchipped, and ready to find her forever home. Will you open your home for this sweet girl? If you would like more information on this cat please contact APAWS at info@apawspets.org. If you would like to begin the adoption process and fill out an application please use our online application available here: http://www.apawspets.org/cat_application.html.

About Animal Protection and Welfare Society

About Our Rescue Group...

A.P.A.W.S. (Animal Protection And Welfare Society) is an all volunteer group of people who are dedicated to ensuring that all pet animals in and around the South Louisiana area live in homes which provide for all of the animal's physical and emotional needs (including daily maintenance, medical care and nurturing) for the animal's lifetime.

Some volunteers provide food, shelter and love in their homes to cats and dogs who have been injured, abandoned or thrown away. Others help by transporting the animals to veterinarian appointments, volunteering on Adoption Days, participating in fund raising activities, mailings, publicity efforts and public education. Because we receive no external funding, we rely on fund raising efforts and donations to fund our efforts.
