Hello, my name is Birdie. I'm a white neutered 11-year-old (born 5/1/04) male Bichon Frise, and I weigh 13.2 pounds. My brother and I were owned by a family who got tired of us, so they turned us over to a rescuer who turned them over to Happy Tails. We are nice boys, brothers, and we have been together all our lives. Our adoption fee is $100 each or $200 for both of us.
