Norah's Story...
Norah is the the definition of a rescued dog. She was dumped at the shelter pregnant and terrified. She has weaned her puppies and is available for adoption. We don't really know her history but we suspect that she was mistreated. She is a 12 lbs wire haired terrier mix. She bonds very closely to her "person" and is fearful of others. She is in need of a quiet home where she can be spoiled. She is potty trained, leash trained, and crate trained. She gets along well with other dogs and loves to play with them. She is a great cuddler and loves being on her "person's lap." She is fully vetted(spayed, microchipped, vaccinated) and is ready for her forever home. Her adoption fee is $150.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Norah, a Snyder Terrier (Unknown Type, Small) dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Terrier (Unknown Type, Small) for sale in Snyder, or seeking a Terrier (Unknown Type, Small) dog from a breeder in Snyder.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Snyder already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Snyder breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Terrier (Unknown Type, Small) breeders who help with Terrier (Unknown Type, Small) rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Snyder paves the way for another one to be saved.
