Hi! I’m Patrick, named after Patrick of the Gilbert 23, and I’m new to AZ Chihuahua Rescue! My foster mom witnessed me getting hit by a car! She took me right away to get looked at and luckily I only had a deep cut - no broken bones. I was estimated by PACC to be about 4yrs old, but my foster mommy thinks I may be younger. They tell me I’ll be on medical hold for a little while (as of March 2016), at least until I get my staples removed, and the “all clear” from the vet. Even though I’m on hold, I will be looking for my forever home. I’d love to find a home with at least one other small dog (no large dogs) to play with, a secure yard so no more running into traffic, and a family who loves to
snuggle! I think it might be best if there are children in my forever home, that they are older than 13, I’m so small that little kids are scary, and might accidentally hurt me.
