Kyra - courtesy listing's Story...
(This is a courtesy listing, this dog is not a CHEW Dog Rescue dog. Please contact Julie, Kyra's owner, for more information about her 253 514-1680)
Kyra is a sweet 5 year old female Lab/Vizsla mix. She's loving with her humans, but tends to nip children when playing, so probably is not the dog for a family with small children. Kyra is good with some dogs, but is no friend of female dogs. And she'll vigorously chase cats, so would do best in a home without them. Kyra is a loving dog so needs a home where she will be made a member of the family. She also needs a fenced yard, not invisible fence. Please contact Julie for more information about Kyra 253 514-1680. Kyra currently lives in the Gig Harbor area

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Kyra - courtesy listing, a Gig Harbor Labrador Retriever/Vizsla dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Labrador Retriever/Vizsla for sale in Gig Harbor, or seeking a Labrador Retriever/Vizsla dog from a breeder in Gig Harbor.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Gig Harbor already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Gig Harbor breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Labrador Retriever/Vizsla breeders who help with Labrador Retriever/Vizsla rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Gig Harbor paves the way for another one to be saved.
