My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Rio is a nearly 3 year old red fawn beauty, who recently came to our group. Her small dog status is not yet known, but she appears to do fine with cats.

I just arrived at Lazy Grey Ranch where I will be starting my training to be a pet. What a huge change in my life!!! Wanda says that I’m a quick learner, since I am already wandering around the house here with no adjustment or behavior issues. I wonder what “adjustment and behavior issues” are? I don’t plan to find out because I’m pretty happy being free to explore the house and outside. I have found that the outside is stocked with things called leaves that I LOVE to chase! Ms. Wanda says I’m a talker. I find talking gets me some welcome attention and fond looks, and it just plain feels good to open my mouth and let my thoughts pour out. I feel so comfortable around the people, the other hounds, and the TREATS. I hear that a forever home is like this, only better. I can’t wait!
