My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Penny is a female Bichon, Age 7, Spayed, House trained, UTD on Vaccines, healthy, friendly and loving. She is good with other dogs. (Never tested around cats)
Her elderly owner just passed away and the owner's family can't keep her.

Since she is used to having a elderly owner with a low key lifestyle, and constant companionship, we would prefer a home where the person is home most of the time. (if you work full time, this is not the dog for you)
A retired senior, a person that works from home, or even a stay at home mom with older children would be a good fit. Although she is very friendly, we would prefer a home where if there are children, that they be age 9 or older as very young ones may be too much energy than she is used to.
