Tyler's Story...
This little pup is a baby Italian Greyhound about 16 weeks old who came in to rescue with four other IGs from the same litter. He is seal and white in color like all of his brothers and sisters. He seems to be the dominant of the puppies and sometimes is a little rough for his smaller siblings. Tyler likes squeekers stuffed toys and those that make other noises. His potty habits need started from the beginning since he is a puppy, and he will have many accidents in a new setting. He will soon have a vet appointment to get neutered, and get his shots up-to-date. This puppy is being fostered in Lincoln, NE. Local adoptions are preferred. Please do your research on this breed and learn about their difficulties before emailing.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Tyler, a Lincoln Italian Greyhound puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Italian Greyhound for sale in Lincoln, or seeking a Italian Greyhound puppy from a breeder in Lincoln.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Lincoln already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Lincoln breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Italian Greyhound breeders who help with Italian Greyhound rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Lincoln paves the way for another one to be saved.
