found a new home!
Plenty of my friends are looking
for one too. Find a pet to adopt.
I am already spayed, up to date with shots, and good with dogs.
Honey was so shy at the shelter she had to be carried outside to meet the Dusty Paws volunteers who came to take her into foster care. But as soon as she arrived at her foster home she came alive with joy, leading the other dogs there on a merry chase around the yard. She loves and needs to be with other dogs so we hope to find her a home where she will have a playful dog companion. Honey would be a wonderful playmate for your mid to larger size dog - her enthusiasm is a bit much for those of Chihuahua size.
Honey's foster dad notes that she does not have a mean bone in her body. She lost her shyness of people quickly - now she's happy to jump in your lap and snuggle. And she is good with kids.
Honey's curiosity and enthusiasm are endearing. But being a young dog she does still have a puppy's habits of getting into things and chewing. Her house training is a work in progress, but she is nearly there.
