Here's what the humans have to say about me:
This is little Mindy from planet Earth! Just like her brother Mork, she is a bundle of affection, she loves hugs, and has lots of kisses to give in return. Active and playful, she's just as happy playing with you as she is with her chew toys. Mindy loves to play with other dogs, so she would make a great play companion for your dog.
Mindy is just under 3 months old and currently weighs about 11 pounds. She is a mixed up breed, looking like a lab/hound/pitbull mix, although we were told her father was a shepherd mix. Since we don't know what breed or size she will grow into, only those willing to take pot luck need apply! Because of her young age, she will need to go to a home with a stay-at-home person who will continue with her training and socialization and keep her well exercised. Lots of activity and puppy school is a must. And, of course, lots of chew toys!
You can meet Mindy at Wilmette Pet Center, 625 Green Bay Rd., (www.wilmettepetcenter.com, 847-251-6750) 7 days a week during normal store hours.
Mindy's adoption fee of $350 includes vet exam, distemper combo vaccination, bordetella vaccination, routine deworming, heartworm preventative, flea & tick preventative, microchip and spay.
