Eclipse's Story...
Hi there! My name is Eclipse! Im still a baby so I will need to stay with my mama for a few more weeks but when Im ready, I will be looking for my forever home. My mama was a pregnant stray found in South Gate, CA when she was rescued! We were born safely in foster care!

My personality is just starting to show! I love to run around the room at full speed and play with my siblings! I'm also very sweet and will fall asleep right in your lap. We're not sure yet what color my eyes will be but likely brown or green!

When its time for me to be adopted, I will be vaccinated, neutered, microchipped, and dewormed before I go to my new home!

If you are interested in applying, please email

But remember, I'm not ready yet!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Eclipse, a Los Angeles Maine Coon kitten was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Maine Coon for sale in Los Angeles, or seeking a Maine Coon kitten from a breeder in Los Angeles.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Los Angeles already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Los Angeles breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Maine Coon breeders who help with Maine Coon rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Los Angeles paves the way for another one to be saved.
