Celia is a cheery, playful, and spirited five-pound, five month old Miniature Pinscher. She is being fostered in Weeki Wachee in a home with 18 other dogs and pups that she loves. Celia is active, but not overly hyper. Chasing toys is one of her favorite activities. Another is simply lying on her foster mom's lap. Celia sometimes sleeps quietly in her crate at night or sleeps in her foster mom's bed soundly. There is a $250 adoption fee for this pup.
