Yoda's Info...

I am already neutered, housetrained, up to date with shots, good with kids, good with dogs, and good with cats.

Yoda's Story...

Yoda was on 'Death Row' at the Fayette, MO dog pound due to a Pit Bull ban. He had been shot in the mouth somewhere in his travels and other than missing a few molars, you would never know anything bad happened to Yoda. He is of excellent temperament, gets along with other dogs, and is a total lover. He wants nothing more than to be somebody's best friend and safe in a loving home where he belongs. Yoda is crate and house trained. He is neutered, heart worm negative, up to date on his shots, and micro chipped. He is okay with cats but may need more training if you have a cat. If you want a mature dog that still loves to play but is equally happy to be a couch potato, Yoda is your guy. Please contact Kathy at 881-0547 if you are interested in adopting Yoda. His adoption fee is $100.

*Home checks and an adoption application are a most.*

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Yoda, a Fayette American Pit Bull Terrier dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a American Pit Bull Terrier for sale in Fayette, or seeking a American Pit Bull Terrier dog from a breeder in Fayette.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Fayette already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Fayette breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even American Pit Bull Terrier breeders who help with American Pit Bull Terrier rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Fayette paves the way for another one to be saved.
