Domino has been with us for a little over two weeks. He is a very lovable youngster who has more energy than the Energizer Bunny! He enjoys being with his human people and with his foster siblings. He’s very playful and gentle. He loves to chew on nyla bones and de-stuffing toys (what BC doesn’t). He came fro a home of three children and cats. He is fine with both. We are working on some manners which will have to continue once he is adopted. He will definitely need some obedience classes under his belt. He gets so excited that he jumps up a lot and we are working on that along with letting him find his “off” switch. I think once that gets in check, he would be an excellent prospect for agility. He does suffer from separation anxiety and will try to escape from his crate. We are working on that and have made some progress. He isn’t bothered by fireworks or the vacuum or cars going by. We did take him out back to see the sheep. He showed some interest but it was just a quick look and we will try it again this weekend. This past weekend I took him to our Pet Expo and he did very well for awhile and then got a little anxious with all of the people and other dogs. He finally was able to relax in the afternoon and regain his composure back to the lovable guy he is. He will need a home that is experience dealing with a very active border collie.
