Layla's Info...

I am already spayed, up to date with shots, good with kids, good with dogs, and good with cats.

Layla's Story...
Layla was brought in to All Valley Animal Care Center with a severe infection and injury to her front leg. The reason for the injury is unknown, however, the injury was severe enough for our doctors to opt for an amputation. Despite the set back, Layla is an incredibly sweet, gentle girl and doesn't seem to mind the missing leg! She would be a great addition to any family, as long as everyone is understanding of her disability. Please call us at (208) 888-0818 for more information.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Layla, a Meridian Pit Bull Terrier/Greyhound dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Pit Bull Terrier/Greyhound for sale in Meridian, or seeking a Pit Bull Terrier/Greyhound dog from a breeder in Meridian.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Meridian already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Meridian breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Pit Bull Terrier/Greyhound breeders who help with Pit Bull Terrier/Greyhound rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Meridian paves the way for another one to be saved.
