Updated 8/3/16 - Simba is a 10 month old male Jindo mix rescued from Korea in April. He lived his life on a chain since he was a puppy, we brought him here to find him the life he deserves!

He is medium sized about 35-40 pounds. He would do best in a home with another active playful dog. He is very smart, sweet and affectionate. He is so patient with small puppies and kids.

Simba is neutered, up to date on shots, vet checked and microchipped. He is housetrained and crate trained. Good with dogs and kids and can be playful with cats.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Simba, a Litchfield Park Labrador Retriever/Jindo dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Labrador Retriever/Jindo for sale in Litchfield Park, or seeking a Labrador Retriever/Jindo dog from a breeder in Litchfield Park.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Litchfield Park already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Litchfield Park breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Labrador Retriever/Jindo breeders who help with Labrador Retriever/Jindo rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Litchfield Park paves the way for another one to be saved.
