Max's Story...
Max is young and not well socialized, He is a bit timid and uncertain when meeting new people. He does not appear to be fear aggressive, but is simply not experienced enough with new things yet.

This young boy can be a bit mouthy, and if he doesn't want to do something he will try to grab (not hurt) his handler to tell them he doesn't want to do something. So, Max needs a committed owner who is willing to train him and put in the time to teach him how to be a good dog. He needs to be in an obedience class right away. Unchecked, this great dog will only become pushy and disrespectful toward his owners, people and other dogs. This sweet boy has wonderful potential.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Max, a New Ringgold German Shepherd Dog puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a German Shepherd Dog for sale in New Ringgold, or seeking a German Shepherd Dog puppy from a breeder in New Ringgold.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in New Ringgold already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a New Ringgold breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even German Shepherd Dog breeders who help with German Shepherd Dog rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in New Ringgold paves the way for another one to be saved.
