My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Sweet Rosie is a compact "blended" dog (we are guessing some pit, pointer, and terrier), and she loves to be a little shadow. She is very ball-motivated and treat-motivated, so she is a blast to train! Rosie is crate trained, house trained, spayed, and up to date on her vaccines. She knows sit, down, leave it, touch, come, and high five. She has exceptional leash skills, and would love a home where she is trained to have a job! She loves to play in water and chase balls and sticks.

Rosie gets along well with other easy-going dogs (she's yet to meet a lab she doesn't like!), but would be best as an only dog. She takes time to feel confident in new situations, but she is extremely affectionate. She seems to do well with children but sometimes does not know her own size. Therefore, she would be best in a home without small children. She is of the personal belief that cats were made for dogs to chase, so politely requests a cat-free home. Rosie loves swimming, walks, and running, and would thrive in a home that enjoys activity.
