Anastasia's Story...
Anastasia is a pretty long-haired dark brown tabby, about six years old. She is on the small side, but looks a little bigger because of the long hair. She is very affectionate and friendly to humans. She could use a good human friend. She really wants to be noticed – to stand out among the large group of cats that come for petting when a human is around. Anastasia will take as much petting as you want to give her and often enjoys being picked up and cuddled. She is waiting for a chance to show how loving she can be. She doesn’t really hang out with other cats much, but can tolerate them, so would do okay in a multi-cat household. She would also be happy to be an only cat.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Anastasia, a Naples Domestic Longhair cat was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Longhair for sale in Naples, or seeking a Domestic Longhair cat from a breeder in Naples.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Naples already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Naples breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Longhair breeders who help with Domestic Longhair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Naples paves the way for another one to be saved.
