Tessa is a great dog but might not be right for everyone. There is definitely a period of adjustment with her. The main issue was her being left alone. She is pretty perfect (for an IG) if there is a human in the house - not so much when there is no human. She has IG's for company when a human is not available. She would like to have at least one dog in her home.
So the best home for her would be with someone who has, or has had, IGs and is really prepared for what they can be like. It would be good if she didn't have to stay alone very much - maybe somebody that worked from home or is retired. Another dog would be really good. She plays like a maniac with other dogs. She is very puppyish.
