Ellie Mae's Story...
Ellie Mae is a 7 month old Lab/Collie mix. This sweet girl loves playing with other dogs, she is also a velcro baby who loves to snuggle and follow her people around and be close to them. Ellie needs a secured fence at least 6 feet, and needs to be monitored as she can jump ( she likes to be with her people ). This girl is well behaved and would love to find for forever home!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Ellie Mae, a Navarre Labrador Retriever/Border Collie dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Labrador Retriever/Border Collie for sale in Navarre, or seeking a Labrador Retriever/Border Collie dog from a breeder in Navarre.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Navarre already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Navarre breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Labrador Retriever/Border Collie breeders who help with Labrador Retriever/Border Collie rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Navarre paves the way for another one to be saved.
