LEIF's Story...
This ginger boy is super friendly and you can’t help but want to snuggle him! He came into the shelter injured, but we don’t think anything is broken thankfully. He needs to gain some weight, but we think he will be happy to oblige once he feels better! He’s strong and a big goofball and will be a lot of fun! He is lower energy and is pretty content with several 20-30 minute leisurely walks a day. Leif is great with people and enjoys the company of dogs. He is about a year old and 50 lbs.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

LEIF, a Los Angeles St. Bernard/Spaniel (Unknown Type) dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a St. Bernard/Spaniel (Unknown Type) for sale in Los Angeles, or seeking a St. Bernard/Spaniel (Unknown Type) dog from a breeder in Los Angeles.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Los Angeles already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Los Angeles breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even St. Bernard/Spaniel (Unknown Type) breeders who help with St. Bernard/Spaniel (Unknown Type) rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Los Angeles paves the way for another one to be saved.
