Here's what the humans have to say about me:
ADOPTION PENDING! Buttercup is an approximately 18-24 month old female, mixed breed dog. She weighs just under 15 pounds.
We have no idea what blend of breeds she is, but she got a great temperament from somewhere. She is shy with new people at first, but warms up pretty quickly and is very affectionate with her foster family.
Buttercup appears to be housetrained and accepts being crated, although she prefers to be with you. She gets along with other dogs and will let them know if they are being too forward with her. She is never aggressive. She tries to initiate play with other small dogs.
In her foster home she is learning manners and some basic obedience. She still jumps up on her foster family when they get home from work and school, so she is a work in progress. She is young and active so will need daily exercise.
This dog was a stray at a shelter in southern Idaho and we can't believe no one came looking for her. She's a gem!
Buttercup's adoption fee is $200, which includes spay, vaccinations, microchip, collar and ID tag.
