Here's what the humans have to say about me:
(This is a courtesy listing. Scout is not a CHEW Dog Rescue dog. Please contact Caitlin at 360 269-5048 for more information about him.)
Meet Scout!
Scout is a silly and energetic 15 month old Welsh Terrier pup who loves the people. Scout has finished a 6 week clicker training course and has had lots of follow up at home. He knows sit, down, leave it, wait at a boundary, nose targeting, and is becoming a nice leash walker. He is crate trained.
Scout loves to explore outdoors, learn new things, sleep on the bed, play with toys and interact with his people. He would love a family that wants to do these things with him. He would benefit from continued training as he has a very active mind! He would do best in a home where he doesn't have to regularly spend long hours alone. He will also do best in a home with a fenced yard.
Scout is neutered and current on all his vaccinations. He is about 25 pounds and will not grow much more, if any.
Scout has recently developed aggression toward our other older dog, so would be best as an only dog or another dog who is interested in playing together hard and often. He has never shown any aggression toward other dogs in a leashed situation. Call Caitlin at 360-269-5048 for more information about Scout
