My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Doyenne has come back to us due to allergies in the wife of the wonderful couple that adopted her. They are heartbroken and want her to find a forever home where she will get the love she deserves. Doyenne is very loving as long as you let her come to you and don't pick her up. The couple said she did great with their pre-teen/teen grandchildren. She probably wouldn't do well with smaller children as they are usually louder and unpredictable to her.

Doyenne is a sweet, roll-on-my-back-and-beg-for-attention cat, and sometimes she bites, not out of meanness, but out of an over-aggressive play mode, so we recommend no young children. Doyenne is small, maybe 8 pounds and does well with other cats. She was born to a feral mother. Her brother found a great home when he was a kitten, yet Doyenne waits. She is not dog tested.
