If you are looking for a puppy that follows you everywhere, chases toys that are tossed, constantly wags his tail, and adores being held, then this dog is for you. While Sparky shares his foster home with 15 other dogs and pups, he gets along wonderfully with all. Sparky is also fantastic with children, as you can tell from his presentation in an elementary classroom. This nine-pound pup is 11 months old. He has been neutered, microchipped, vaccinated, wormed, and current on flea, tick, and heartworm prevention.
