Bruno was a stray that stumbled onto a junk yard lot several months ago. The owner of the junkyard let him stay and fed him. One night four stray dogs also entered the junk yard and attacked Bruno. They but him all over his body pretty severely. Someone contacted us to tell us the situation that he was in and that the junkyard owner didn't get him any medical care. This was about a week after he was attacked. We went and got him and took him to the emergency room where they irrigated all of the infected holes in his body. They tried to muzzle him but he took it right off. They decided to continue without the muzzle and Bruno just laid there and let thehim up with a look of appreciation in his eyes. Bruno is the sweetest most gentle dog. He would make a wonderful family dog and despite his attack, continues to enjoy the company of friendly playful dogs. He will protect and guard you if a stranger comes in but knows that if you tell him it's okay then he needs to settle down. He walks great on a leash, knows his basic commands, and will cuddle will cuddle with you for hours if you let him. He is a pretty amazing guy.
