My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

"Hi There! My name is Kasey. I was named by the 9 year old girl whose Christmas wish was to foster a dog, and she tells everyone that I am the best present she has ever received. I even came with a little wrapping....well, actually it was a cast, as my leg was broken, probably due to being hit by a car. I was found by a nice policeman who saw I was in trouble, and I was saved by a wonderful rescue and received the best possible medical treatment to fix my leg. Now I am all healed and ready to find my forever family. Right now, I live in a household with other big and small dogs and a young girl, and I do great with all of them. I am a little too interested in the feral cat that likes to stroll by and tease me, so I would probably do best in a household with no cats. I like to chill around the house, which was great during my recovery, but now that I am fully healed, I like to do zoomies in the yard with my foster dog sisters as well. I love food and belly rubs, and I am so obedient when I am told to sit and stay or go into my crate. I am house trained and all around a great dog. I listen and mind very well and would make an excellent dedicated companion, as I look to please my people. Nothing would please me more than to settle down in a nice comfy dog bed with a blanket I can curl up in after a good meal and get some good lovin' from my human. Could that be you?"

Kasey is a female terrier born ~January 2013
