Hello. My name is Frank.
I am a neutered 2-3 year old male terrier mix. I was found wandering in the Whittier area, frightened, hungry and lonely, but then was rescued by a caring person who saw that I needed help.
Now, I am cared for and no longer lonely. I look and feel much better – I also have a full belly for the first time in weeks! See how much better I look in all of these pictures? Now, I want to find a family who I can love and protect.

I’m a good looking young guy with big brown eyes, weigh around 15 lbs and have a giant heart just perfect for loving a wonderful family.
Because I had to take care of myself when no one else was around, I have also become really brave and think I am pretty smart – but also very grateful that I am now safe. I have had all my shots and am micro-chipped and, still being a young guy, am full of energy and fun. If you bring me into your home, I promise you a lifetime of smiles, love and affection.

I love being around people and am really very friendly. I also like other being around other dogs and so would make a great addition to a family who already has a dog and is looking for a friend. And, while I haven’t met any cats yet, I’m pretty sure I’ll want them to be my friend too if I am introduced to them slowly.
Most of all, I would like to be held, lay my head on my owner’s lap, sleep in a warm, soft bed and have my belly rubbed to tell me you love me. Everyone I meet tells me how affectionate, loving and cuddly I am. If you give me a chance, we will become best friends for life!

After being alone, hungry and scared, I really want to find a family, who wants to take me into their home, love me and take care of me.
