Daisy & Heather's Info...

I am up to date with shots, good with kids, good with dogs, and good with cats.

Daisy & Heather's Story...
Daisy is a sweet, friendly playful little kitten. She loves to cuddle, and she loves to play with her best friend and sister Heather.

Florida Urgent Rescue (FUR) is having a BOGO special- two kittens for the price of one, so if you adopt both, the second adoption fee is waived. Come and meet these sweet little kittens.

Note: We recommend waiting until 4 months, 4 pounds to get them spayed, so we'll do a provisional adoption. When they're old enough, you can get them spayed for free at Clay Humane Society, or at the vet of your choice. Once you provide documentation showing they are spayed, the adoption is finalized.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Daisy & Heather, a Jacksonville Domestic Shorthair kitten was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Shorthair for sale in Jacksonville, or seeking a Domestic Shorthair kitten from a breeder in Jacksonville.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Jacksonville already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Jacksonville breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Shorthair breeders who help with Domestic Shorthair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Jacksonville paves the way for another one to be saved.
