Napoleon is a petite little guy who has a heart of gold! He absolutely loves other dogs and would do great with some playmates in his new home! He also adores people! Unfortunately, his last people must have not felt the same about him because he was found as a stray and taken in by a good Samaritan. He is neutered, UTD on shots and microchipped. He loves to play and cuddle!!
